- Quote-to-invoice conversion is available on the Pro plan. The Starter plan supports invoicing but not quotes.
- InvoiceSent is invoicing software. Job scheduling, timesheet tracking, site photos and compliance certificates are outside its scope.
- If you are not registered for GST, set the rate to zero — your invoices will not show a GST line.

You can create and send multiple invoices for the same client across a longer project. There is no dedicated progress invoice feature with retention tracking — separate invoices per stage is the current approach.
